tile & flooring fixing company

So you need new floors. Or maybe your current ones look a bit rough, and you’re not sure whether to repair or replace them. Either way, you’ve found the right flooring company in Dubai.
We’ve been doing this for a while now—tile installation, hardwood flooring, parquet, vinyl, the whole lot. And we’ve learned that the best flooring projects start with actually listening to what people want. Sounds obvious, right? You’d be surprised how many contractors skip that part.

Here’s how we usually work. We’ll have a chat about what you’re going for, bring over some samples so you can actually touch and see the materials in your space (photos never do them justice), and then figure out what makes sense for your situation. Budget, lifestyle, and how much foot traffic the area gets—all of that matters.

We Also Fix Floors, Not Just Install Them

New floors get all the attention, but honestly? A good chunk of our work is repairs.
Wood floors take a beating over time. Water damage from leaks, scratches from furniture, or just years of foot traffic. Doesn’t mean they’re done for. We do hardwood floor repair and restoration work that can bring them back without tearing everything out and starting over. Saves you money. Saves the hassle too.

That said, sometimes floors really are past saving. Or maybe you’re just tired of looking at the same carpet you’ve had since 2015. Fair enough. We handle full replacements too—ripping out the old stuff and putting in something fresh

Luxury Flooring for Villas and High-End Apartments

Dubai has no shortage of beautiful homes. We work with villa owners and apartment residents who want flooring that matches the rest of their space. Not builder-grade, actual quality materials appropriately installed.
What does luxury flooring even mean? Depends on who you ask. For some people, it’s solid hardwood throughout the house.

Others want Italian marble tiles in the entryway and engineered wood throughout the rest of the house. We’ve done projects where the client wanted a different flooring type in every room. Kept us busy, but it turned out amazing.
The point is, we’re not here to push you toward one option. We’re here to figure out what works for you.

Hardwood and Parquet Flooring

Hardwood is classic. It’s been around forever for a reason: it looks good, it feels good underfoot, and it ages well if you take care of it.
Parquet flooring is particularly popular here in Dubai. That herringbone or chevron pattern gives rooms this mid-century European feel that people love. We’ve installed parquet in apartments in Downtown, villas in Emirates Hills, and offices in Business Bay. It works pretty much anywhere.

Now, solid hardwood isn’t always the best choice, though. Dubai’s humidity can be rough on it. That’s where engineered hardwood comes in. It’s built to handle moisture better and costs less than solid wood. For high-traffic areas or rooms with temperature swings, engineered is usually the smarter pick. Still looks great—most people can’t tell the difference once it’s installed.

Tile Installation in Dubai

Tiles are workhorses. Kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor areas, commercial spaces—they handle it all.
We install ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, natural stone, the works. Ceramic is budget-friendly and comes in tons of designs these days. Some of them look exactly like marble or wood but cost a fraction and last longer in wet areas. Porcelain is denser and works better for heavy traffic. Natural stone marble, granite, travertine that’s the premium stuff for when you really want to make an impression.
One thing people forget about tile floors: the grout matters. Tiles themselves can last decades. Grout? Not so much. It cracks, it stains, it starts looking dingy after a few years. If your tiles still look fine but the grout is rough, you don’t need new floors. You need regrouting.

Regrouting Services

We do regrouting as a standalone service. Pull out the old grout, put in fresh stuff, and suddenly your bathroom looks like you just renovated. Fraction of the cost, fraction of the time.
It’s one of those things people don’t realize is an option until someone tells them. So now you know

Luxury Flooring for Villas and High-End Apartments

While tile and wood floors are perfect for our homes, the office might need something a bit more durable and budget-friendly. Getting a huge office floor completely refinished can be a monumental task. However, with the right flooring installers, it will be done with ease. We work with office owners to get the perfect flooring for their company, from carpet tiles to epoxy and vinyl floors. There are many options and solutions, and many of these can be made to look like more expensive flooring. We want your flooring to look its very best as well as outperform your expectations.

Budget-friendly flooring options.

Not everyone needs Italian marble. And that’s completely fine.
There are solid options at every price point. Laminate flooring looks decent and costs way less than hardwood. Vinyl plank is affordable and water-resistant. Even ceramic tiles have budget-friendly ranges that don’t look cheap.
The key is matching the material to how the space will actually be used. A rental apartment doesn’t need the same flooring as a forever home. A back office doesn’t need the same treatment as a client-facing showroom. We’ll help you figure out where to spend and where to save.

New Flooring Installation Process

Here’s roughly how it goes when you work with us:
First conversation, we talk about what you want, what you don’t like, and what your budget looks like. No pressure, just gathering information.
Samples: We bring materials to your place so you can see them under your actual lighting. Colors look different in a showroom versus your living room. This step matters.
Quote and timeline: Once you’ve picked something, we give you a clear price and tell you how long it’ll take. No surprises later.
Installation: Our team arrives on time, completes the work, and cleans up afterward. We try to minimize disruption as much as possible, but some jobs (especially hardwood) need the space to be empty for a day or two while things dry and settle.
Walkthrough:  Before we leave, we go through everything with you to make sure you’re happy. If something’s off, we fix it.

Keep Your Floors Looking Good

Quick maintenance note since we’re here.
Hard floors: Tile, wood, vinyl, sweep or vacuum them regularly. Dirt acts like sandpaper, wearing down finishes over time. Mop occasionally with the right cleaner (not just any soap; some products damage particular floors).
Carpet needs vacuuming at least weekly. Professional deep cleaning once or twice a year, more often in high-traffic commercial spaces. Ground-in dirt is the enemy.
Take care of your floors, and they’ll take care of you for years. Ignore them, and you’ll be calling us back sooner than you’d like. We don’t mind the repeat business, but your wallet might.
